What was the highlight of the b namba-kuromon
Great location, comfy rooms!
The check in process was easy (even when I accidentally booked the room for one person, not two). They are very happy to hold onto bags before check in or after check out, which is great. The room itself was quiet and clean, the two main things you look for in a hotel room. The bed was also comfy (and maybe one of the biggest beds we've ever seen)
Everything that I can think of as a "negative" was out of the control of the hotel and its staff.

Comfortable and ideal location
One night stay in Osaka - this is handy for the Dotonbori area and Namba station. Room was comfortable and clean, staff kindly looked after our luggage before check in. Free coffee and donuts in reception were appreciated.
On a busy road, so a little bit of noise at our 2f front-facing room, but didn't stop us sleeping.
