What was the highlight of the b namba-kuromon
Great location, comfy rooms!
The check in process was easy (even when I accidentally booked the room for one person, not two). They are very happy to hold onto bags before check in or after check out, which is great. The room itself was quiet and clean, the two main things you look for in a hotel room. The bed was also comfy (and maybe one of the biggest beds we've ever seen)
Everything that I can think of as a "negative" was out of the control of the hotel and its staff.

What was the highlight of the b namba-kuromon
Good
The location is superb. It is near Osaka metro station Nipponbashi and literally across the road from the Kuromon Market. Besides this market, there is plenty of shopping and eating options in the vicinity of hotel. It is also possible to walk to Dotonbori (about 15-20min) while taking in the sights along the way. There is also a bus stop in front of the hotel which has a bus service that goes to Osaka Station but it is some kind of specialized bus service because there seems to be only 1 bus scheduled on the day of my departure (a Thursday). We chanced upon this bus because it was waiting at the bus stop in front of the hotel for its scheduled departure time of 1408. Fare is JPY 210 per pax, which is cheaper than metro. We had 2 big pieces of check in luggage and 3 smaller handcarry luggage. We were the only passengers throughout the bus journey, which is about 40mins.
This is the only hotel which doesn't provide complimentary bottles of water during my Kyoto-Osaka trip. I stayed in 4 hotels during my trip.

Wonderful
Staff were very helpful especially since we wanted to stay another night, they made that process super easy. Sizeable rooms and beds were comfortable. Would stay again!
